I own a powermatic 2+ cig.machine and need to know whrtr to get two spoon assemblies. i'm ready to bye them now

One of 2 things. First is to push the reset button to get it to retract. Then make sure you are not over packing it with tobacco. If all that seems fine, maybe the gear mechanism inside has failed. They were known to have plastic gears in the beginning, then were changed for a stronger option to hold up better.

you will have to send it in for repair or they may be able to help

are there different kinds of plastic?

you are loading way too tightly, do not force when pushing the handle down, if you have too you are over packing. I have loaded 200 cartons of cigs on these machines and never broken a thing

Google "photo's of powermatic II cigarette machine " This should bring up a myriad of all images google has of this machine . There is a You tube video Although it is grainy and doesn't show everything . There is no PDF that I could find . The machine shares a name with a famous wood working machine brand . And that is the only PDF user manuals out there .
