Setup menu - WiFi - LAN - Network if this does not work try going to web browser to get an error message.

The MSN Web browser is only available for the Microsoft Windows operating System.
You can still goto http://www.msn.com to view msn website. But there does not look like any way to install and use the msn browser on your tv.
Most of the smart T.V.'s are designed for a general experience, so the browsers often have less features.

Get a faster connection, over 8 meg

Make sure you have it set to wireless off in the menu or it will not recognise the ethernet port on the back even if it is flashing. Most tvs with browsers come with the wirless function set to on. Also if it has search for internet signal you could try this to get it to rec. as well.
