Hi there, im assuming you have the ARF 2001 scanning/transceiver. I found your print and C4 is 1000 and C5 is 1000. Example: capacitor 101, it is measuerd at micro (uf) and picofrads (pf) therefor this is calculated at 0.001 (uf), 1000 (pf). The answer to your question is capacitor code for C4 & C5 is 1000. 0.0001 (uf) or 1000 (pf). I hope this helps.
