If no one has reset the PIN it will still be the default PIN it left the factory with that you will find listed in the operating instructions.
If you don't have the instructions you should be able to download them.

If the PIN has been reset you will need help from the manufacturer.

While the enter PIN code screen is displayed, press the RECALL key four times within five seconds and the PIN code will be cleared so you can enter a new PIN code but it has to be with the original remote. Worked with my old Toshiba TV about 2 years ago.
