If you want to delete the read only contact, you have to either delete the main contact (not the linked one) or you have to uninstall the app. If you want to delete the read only contact just because they show up as duplicates, you can try merging the contacts
Deleting a Tweet
You can delete any of your own Tweets from Twitter at any time. Please note that you can only delete Tweets you have posted, you cannot delete other accounts' Tweets from your timeline. Read our Learn how to control your Twitter experience article to read about what actions you can take.

Depending on your e-mail client the solution may different. Check to see if the e-mails are getting deleted automatically after you read them. Also, some e-mail providers will "archive" your mail so you may need to find the folder they are being sent to in order to delete them.
Unfortunately, cell phones are not like e-mails. Once you delete a text message from the cell phone, you could no longer view it or retrieve it. Better yet, try to contact the phone carrier (AT&T) and see if they have a server that holds the text messages and see if you could get it back. If there is, I think there's a standard price for it, but it should be a reasonable price.
To delete files directly from the Sansa player, follow these steps:
1. In playback mode, press the Submenu button.
2. Select Delete.
To delete music files using the computer, follow these steps:
1. Connect your Sansa to the computer.
2. Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on initial
connection.
3. Locate the folder where your files are stored.
NOTE: Music files are stored in the MUSIC folder. Voice recording files
are stored in RECORDING folders. Photos and Videos are stored at PHOTO
and VIDEOS folders, respectively.
4. Highlight and delete the desired files.
Most cd's are read only, that is u can only write on them but can't delete anything from them, unless u use the rewritable cd's if u want to delete a file.
