If that is the case, it is something you need to contact your bank and/or Now TV accounts/billing department(s) about. Find out why they overcharged/debited you more than once. If it is a simple mistake, give them every chance to explain and/or make an effort to correct it for you so it doesn't happen again.
It may just be a mistake on their part. Hopefully you get some straight answers from them before Xmas.

when you log into your paypal acc. you will see all of your current transactions also a view all of my transactions shortcut bar if its not located in your most current transaction list click on the view all of my transactions shortcut
you might have to select dates ranging from the current to a specific date
open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim other than that
you will have to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266
6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve this issue
