Hello Friend...

Just follow these steps to fix this problem:

1.Turn off or unplug your streaming media player.
2.Unplug your modem (and your wireless router, if it's a separate device) from power for 30 seconds.
3.Plug in your modem and wait until no new indicator lights are blinking on.
4.Turn your streaming media player back on and try Netflix again.

SOURCE: cancelling/stopping a printing job

Open the Control Panel from either the Start menu or by opening 'My Computer.' Find your Printers and Faxes folder and open that.  Double-click on the icon of the X2500; if more than one, choose the one with a check mark and double click on that icon. This will open a 'job list' showing those which were not completed for some reason, click on it (them) and delete it from the list.

SOURCE: keeps stopping says cannot connect to netflix been

You do need an active internet connection connected to the TV and a NetFlix account to connect to NetFlix.

To setup an NetFlix account, you have to do that from your computer.

Some of the LG broadband TV's that had the same problem required a new main board. This should be a warranty issue and no cost to you for an in home repair.

I suggest you call LG for service on the TV. When you call be sure to tell them you are not with the TV. They will have you on the phone trying to trouble shoot the issue---could take almost 30 minutes. Be sure to have the complete model number (example 42LC2D UA.UASLLJR) and the complete s/r number (example 912KMN003408) before you call LG for service.

LG service number is 800-243-0000.

Good luck and I hope I have helped you.

We have been using a Toshiba Blue Ray box for our netflix viewing. Two days ago it stopped were we can no longer get netflix via our blue ray or our WII. What's wrong?

This sounds like a problem either with your internet/network connection or Netflix. i would recommend a few steps to isolate where the problem is:
Step 1. Use another device, e.g. tablet, pc or laptop on the same network as your Blueray device/WII and see if you can connect to Netflix.
** If you cannot connect to Netflix, go to step 2.
** If you can connect, Netflix is fine, the issue is with the connection between your router/modem and the Bluray/WII console. Go to step 2.

Step 2. Take your laptop/ tablet and connect to another network, a friends or neighbors, or a hotspot from your phone. Then try to connect to Netflix.
** If you are able to connect and watch Netflix, the issue is with your network. Go to step 3
If you are unable to connect to Netflix, you may have a problem with your account. Contact Netflix support, who are normally very good at trouble shooting the problem.

Step 3.
** On the Bluray and Wii, disconnect from the network and forget this network.
** Next power off your modem and router, wait 10 minutes and power them back up again, modem first, then the router.
** Once all the right light are steady on both the modem and router, try to connect either the Bluray or Wii to the network and see if you can get Netflix to work. If yes, you are in luck! If no, you may need help from an internet professional or the 1-800 support line of your router manufacturer.

Hope that helps.

I seem to be able to get Netflix during the day,but not at night. It has been this way for a week-10 days. It says " try again later" I am paying for this service & not getting it....

I had this problem as well. Try this:

Assuming you have a dual band router, set up a second network using 5.0 GHZ instead of using 2.4GHZ. (I named the 2nd network with a '2' after the same name as the other one.). You'll need to get into the configuration of the router. There should be a manual for it online somewhere with the instructions and the URL. Then, just change the wireless in your TV (or device) setup to the 2nd network. This should work. However, it won't work if your device is only capable of the 2.4GHz band. Since some devices are not dual band capable, you might want to keep both networks. Also, if you can do this, should also increase your internet speed as well. It nearly doubled mine.

You may also try changing the wireless channel within the router.

Good Luck.

Blu ray Lg BP200 keeps stopping when playing Netflix

I started having this problem a few months ago with netflix playback getting 'skippy' after ~6+ months of smooth operation. I finally figured out: Went into my netflix web-admin panel on my Windows laptop. From there changed my SETTINGS for netflix: "PlayBack Settings" adn dropped it from "AUTO" Data usage per screen to "MEDIUM" (standard video quality, 0.7gb per hour). Bouf. Magic. Everything is working perfectly again - no more skipping. I think my netflix was trying to run at a higher setting (3gb/hour) and then downsampling it for my TV set (which is not able to show the higher res anyhow - it is only 32" screen) - so it was wasted bandwidth, and making the playback stink. I hope this helps someone else. --Tim (May-2014)
