First remove the cartridge and replace to make certain that its seated properly. If you still get the error, reset the printer telling it that this is a new cartridge.

Press "MENU", then "#", then enter "1934", (this is the Tech mode used by technicians to override the machine, the LCD will read "TECH MODE, DATA SETUP"), then press the ">" key three times (new cartridge), then press the "ENTER" key twice. Now turn off the printer and back on to exit tech mode. Printer restarts and will ready to use.

Yes there is. DO NOT but a universal remote. Factory OEM replacements are available as well as Facsimile Remotes which are an exact copy and need no programming.

Go to Samsung.com. Then go to products and then to your microwave. they have all the instructions for every thing they make. If still cant find it, go to contact page and 1-800 number and ask them how to get a new instruction book they should be able to direct you.
