Yeah there are some ways you can check in manual but it's better to take new amp as well. Low tube amp maybe.

Google it and find the Service Manual, then get a Tech.

SOURCE: Roland JC-55 amp stopped working

Sounds like a transformer problem or something else in the power section..maybe even a transistor....since the LED status light would be direct from DC power. Take it to a trusted audio electronic tech and get it looked at. Keep in mind that these amps are about $150-$200 used on Ebay so don't spend too much getting it fixed if it is indeed a transformer. I'd definatley get it looked at. I have a JC-77 and it rocks for clean!

SOURCE: roland micro cube fuse replacement

If the fuse blew, it is for a reason requiring repair. Troubleshoot and use a 40 watt lamp in series to limit current until cause of fuse blowing is found and repaired.

SOURCE: Amplifier not working

It is more likely that your input jack component is broken or damage you would have to take it apart because your circuit board may need a look at to check for damage and you will need a new input jack

I dropped my Roland Cube GX last night from the ground when that happens what are the common problems is the reason it won't power up from being dropped and impacted

Unfortunatly the impact from a fall can lead to numerous problems ranging from a broken fuse to a disloged power supply to a cracked board. I'd suggest taking it into your nearest Roland authourized service center to get it checked out. If you're not trained in electronics you can do more harm than good poking around inside the amp. https://www.roland.com/us/support/service_repair/service_centers

Roland street cube won't power on due to battery acid leak

Most likely the acid ate the internal power supply, but if you can dis-assemble it and clean any trace of gunk with a toothbrush and electronic cleaner, including the fuse and it's contacts, maybe you'll get lucky.

Roland cube street water damage repair

What part of it got wet will determine the course of action.

If the whole unit were submerged, the unit may prove more time consuming to try to fix than to locate a used one. However, I have salvaged imersed laptops before. the procedure is not much different- make sure the unit is as dry as you can possibly make by blowing a fan on it for an extended period of time.- Days.

Once dried, use some contact cleaner on the jack contacts and interupts, any manual control and any switch.

You can then apply power. If nothing lights up, check and replace fuses as needed. Also check the power supply board for failed caps or rectifiers.

Once the power supply is known to be functional, systematically check the LCD display and the aspects of the amp that it controls. This board will be the most vulnerable and most likely to be the source of most issues you will encountr.

If the display survived intact, and amp does nto work, apply a signal to the inputs and trace the signal through the amp with a set of headphones set up with test prods. The problem will be where the signal stops.

Roland micro cube dosnt power up

Check the fuses. There is probably one on the outside of the amp and some inside the circuit board.
