First thing should be trying to eject it with the device's remote control, with the "Eject" or "Load" button. If that is not possible, you may try to do it manually.
In computers, laptops and some DVD players, there is a small emergency eject hole in the front of the disc tray. You can use a straightened paper clip to press into it to release the disk. See the attached photo.
If your device does not have this small hole, you may need to unplug your device from mains, remove the screws from its cover and try to remove the disc from its tray.
If you do not feel comfortable doing that yourself, you may need to take it to a service repair shop, where they will be fixing it for you.
