Take the bottom off and there may be a round cylinder that should be filled with oil and a cap that screws off. Remove the cap and I think there is a clip that needs to be removed.

Machine shd be on. Press and hold "end of cycle" button for 3 seconds, on the right side
of panel. Try door after 2 minutes. This is the child lock feature, do
