the crystal is not properly attached it may have tiny opening where moisture goes inside. you have to bring it to watch service center immediately to avoid much bigger problem. i hope i had been helped you.
there are many different options, you can "google" watch repair, and choose someone to send it to.
any local jewelry store should be able to give it to their watchmaker for a replacement crystal.
Actually you have a cracked watch "crystal". The cost is typically 35 dollars or more. It may be more economical to buy a new watch. A watchmaker should be able to install a new crystal if you decide to go that route
The crystal is an exact fit so I would recommend sending it back to the makers to get a price for a replacement crystal or take it to a watchmaker and he will send it back for you
mcdevito75 here, Best Bet, Look for a small watch repair shop in your area, crystal may not be able to be replaced as some Swatches are a 1 piece unit.
Problably not something you should tackle by yourself. I replace them and have experience. You would need to make measurements and order from a place that has inventory. Then you would need to remove case back and movement. Then you would push out the crystal from the inside. The new crystal needs to be installed with the proper "glue". This also needs to be ordered. I suggest you take it to a local watchmaker that knows how to do this. But, best of luck
