I believe the problem you are having is because you're attempting to use a band saw to send a fax. Although I may be mistaken, I'm pretty certain that attempting to send a fax from a band saw is analogous to trying to get to the moon by using a spatula. I would recommend that you try using a fax machine to send your fax. Hope that's helpful! :)
LC 61 is the product number of the ink cartridges, not the machine. Some fax machines can automatically flip and scan both sides of the page. It will be a setting in the Sending options available when you insert the pages to be sent. Otherwise, you'll just have to copy the back sides first (You can use your fax as a copier.), mix your front and back sides in order, and send the whole stack. Give your new pages a few minutes to dry so they feed better when stacked.
Fax display screen always reads, "Auto receive". When attempting to
fax, the busy light flashes. Busy light stops flashing for 30 seconds,
then starts flashing again. Above is the default settings for the fax.
NGB0 indicates signal error or line condition error. U need to check the phone line. U can hook any single line phone to the phone line, check for tones without background noise.
I think it is either a fuse or something that burned out that won't let the display show up. Check all solder points on the inside and see if any are broken for sure. Nothing looks bad does it?
Possibly this is why it was at auction...
Let me know if you still can't figure it out and I will see what else I can come up with.
