I also don't advise you posting your mobile number on public forums. You will need to take your Service delay issue up with Woolworths directly.

4. Enter your claim code and click Apply to Your Balance. Note: You can also enter your claim code during checkout.

In general, if the email does not come from the domain (e.g. Woolworths.com) of the purported giver of the gift card, it is a scam. Also, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is a scam.

To redeem your gift card, go to the Amazon site and search for Gift Cards then click on"Apply a gift card to your account." . Find a claim code, on the card under grey protective coating and very gently scratch it off and reveal the claim code. Your purchases will be read in the "current Balance" and will remove the $ amount on your card, with each purchase. Enjoy spending!

I also have a samsung star, and sad to say, we can't move the messages to the memory card, the sms are only stored in the phone memory which can store a max of 500 sms..
