Hi Ann Antillon, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?

the wires are hidden inside with no access to cut it unless you open it up or disassembled it, maybe you mean cut the main wires or the power cord wires.

SOURCE: it.s anew vacuum cleaner Dyson DC24-ball one,

Hi there, its Darran at Dyson.

It sounds as though you need to re-set the brush bar. It can stop rotating if it becomes obstructed. You need to simply locate the red re-set switch on the side of the cleaner head and push this button right in as far as you can. When you switch the machine back on and lower it into the vacuuming position, it should start to rotate.

I hope that this information is useful to you, if you need any further assistance, please contact our Helpline on 0800 298 0298, between the hours of 7am - 10pm, 7 days a week.

Kind regards
Darran

SOURCE: The powerhead cuts in and out on power as you

had the same problem with mine check all the prongs on the 2 wands and on the power nozzle and on the handle itself you will probably see that one of them is discolored or burned looking you will need to replace that section, I had to replace one of my wands, and then a second time I had to replace the hose section with the handle attached.

Either the belt is broken, the brushroll switch needs to be replaced or the brush motor is shot.

How do I get the bottom off to clean hair from roller on my shark rocket vac HV 300?

A special tool is sometimes needed to open a Shark vacuum cleaner. If your unable to remove the bottom plate to clean the roller brush, take a utility knife and cut straight down on line in the brush (see picture).

How do I change the belt on a Shark Rocket

Hello, this is Ava with Think Crucial.

Always unplug your vacuum from the power source before performing this. Use a Philips or a crewdriver - to open the screws keeping the roller covered. The screws are located in different places depending on models but they are easy to spot. Hold the roller ending and remove it from the holder. Hold the roller at the end furthest from the belt. When that end is free, repeat with the other roller endings. Slide the belt off the roller and, after that, off the motor shaft. Clean throughout the brush roll with a hairbrush, a pair of scissors and a pair of pliers (if necessary) to get rid of all hair and debris. Be careful or you could cut the bristles. Slide the belt over the motor shaft then over the roller and finally over the seat. Hold the roller at the two ends and separate it from the motor shaft making sure that the tension at the two ends is equal. Partially attach the end furthest from the belt then tightly pull the other end and partially attach it to its holder. When the two ends are in place, push them in. Reassemble the brush roll cover and protect it, using the screws you've just removed. Place the vacuum machine upright, connect it to the electricity outlet and check the roller.
