The first one, "I/O cable 8 Pin 75", Rt. Upright", runs inside the right side upright tube from the handlebar to the base of the machine. The machine will have to be partially disassembled using the original assembly instructions in reverse to access this cable.
The second cable, "I/O Cable 8 Pin 42" Upright MCB", runs from the base of the right side upright back to the Motor Control Board. If you tip the machine carefully onto it's left side with the side plastics removed you can see this cable.
check your load wires there probaly reversed. I had the same problem friday. The week before the electrican wired it. did the same cc1 then oc. had a generator company come out it was the wireing. my load and netural were reversed.
Console displays “E2” error code
Solution:
A. Check data cable integrity. All wires in cable should
be intact. If any are crimped or cut, replace cable.
B. Check data cable connections/orientation. Insure
cable is connected securely and oriented properly.
Small latch on connector should line up and snap into
place.
If the above tests reveal no problems, replace
the DC Motor.

There are two bolts on the back of the treadmill. Turn the right side clockwise to make the belt go left, turn the left side clockwise to make it go right. Never tighten more than 1/2 turn at a time, and do this while machine runs at 2-3 mph. Belt should be just tight enough to not slip. If your belt is really tight and it still slips you have other problems.
