These errors generally occur in every printer. I have bought this printer last week https://productz.com/en/canon-selphy-cp1300/p/aMJd4 and I am getting the same error. The company should look into this and should solve this permanently. Cannon is the leading brand in the market of printers so its should be removed permanently.

- Check the connectors of the DC controller PCB and image processor PCB.
Replace the DC controller PCB for normal connection. - Replace the image processor PCB.

you do not have to take the whole printer to the shop to fill the ink cartrage if you have the manuel to the printer it should tell you how to remove the ink cartrage and replace it with a new one and also they may have a refill kit at one of your local computer stores or where they sell ink and they should be able to tell you how to get the ink cartrage out to replace it

Hi and welcome to fixya,
Go to control panel > Devices and Printers
double click your printer, you'll be able to see the queue...Right click on the document and select Cancel printing.
You can alternately push the power button to immediately stop the current page being printed. You will receive an error message but click cancel and proceed normally.
