this is a common windows error. if a certain application stops working like your google chrome. try to edit start up items, click on start, click run, on the run box type : msconfig. click ok. on the start up tab, click on disable all on the bottom right, hit apply or ok. it will give you a prompt to exit with restart. this is for xp, if its vista more likely the same but after restarting the computer, no prompt for system configuration utility will pop up. to unisntall the google chrom, if its xp go to add remove programs and click remvoe, if you have vista, go to program and features and uninstall it from there, if no go. use the microsoft installer clean up utility. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 just download and install it then look for it under programs and it will gie you all the programs installed on your computer, you can look for google chrome and uninstall it. that should work.
Let me know if the problem remains , note that if the chromes own uninstaller fails, the revo uninstaller can do things on its own, so you can manually remove it in any case with the tool.
Seems like you sent the qestions two times, well try revouninstaller - http://www.revouninstaller.com/ try the moderate options first, or advanced if you wish.
