Try reset tv, then connect again. If still not connecting, try giving static IP Address to tv.

is the tv wireless or wired if its wired it should automatically connect and setup. if wireless then there might be a problem with the wireless signal or the connection try restarting both devices and trying again

is your smart tv connected to you wifi or connected by ethernet cable?

Have you checked the wifi setup on the TV? It could be that the TV has lost the wifi SSID and/or Password. That can happen if the TV downloads an update and reboots itself. Try reseting the network info in the TV settings.

You need to establish a connection to your router from the TV. Follow the instructions for your TV to test the connection.

As far as I know there is only one Luxor TV model that has Internet access (Smart TV) and it comes with a wireless adapter/dongle. Plug the dongle in the USB port of the TV set and follow the instructions in the user guide on how to set up a network connection. Usually, from your remote, go to Menu, Settings and then to Set Up Network Connection. Please be aware that you need to have a wireless modem/router for your home network in order to be able to connect your TV to the internet.
