What problem are you having, please?
All you should need is a template, downloadable from Avery...
The only reason labels should jam would be the wrong paper size, the label sheets are too thick or the jam is actually caused by something else… prolly a scrap left over from another job.
Please remember, that scrap could be smaller than your little fingernail.
Epson's Quick Guide says nothing about printing labels or media thickness, but it does (P15) clearly show that thing is supposed to handle envelopes, which suggests it should also handle thick paper, such as Avery label sheets. Also it's a Workforce, not a dolls'-house model!
If you're quite certain it works in all circumstances and simply won't handle label sheets you need to speak to Epson customer support or an experienced Epson-qualified workshop technician.

What software are you using? I use Microsoft Word to print my Avery labels, and quite often have to tweak their templates by simply adjusting my margins on the page. I do a 'select all' and then add one tenth of an inch at a time until the proof sheet looks just right. If the labels are a bit off, you can also adjust the pitch in the label options dialoge.

What driver are you using ? the default driver should be IBM Proprinter.
Hope this helps

Also, what I did was to first back all of the labels out and back into the reel. Turn machine off, then back on. With the peel lever down, as mentioned above, begin to load the labels as shown. The light will blink and it will make a noise as it senses the label. It will begin to draw the label in and you need to make sure you create tension on the labels as they are being pulled in. I accidentally did this by holding pressure against the reel, and sure enough, the thing pulled the first label into place and quit frickin blinking!!! Labels printed fine afterwards!
