It says on netflix A valid card number must be entered into the form.

Go to Netflix online and on the upper right select "Sign In". Enter your e-mail address as the username and then enter your password.
If you don't know the password, then click on "need help?" and they will email you your password.
Once you log in, click on "Account" in the upper right and you will see all your info including credit card and you can edit the number form there.

Just join it online and enter the card number when they ask for it.

In your payment settings a valid credit card must be in place for your subscription to be charged to on a recurring basis; this was likely just an oversight with the gift card. Click on the help settings and go to chat and someone will clear this up and credit your account.

In the upper right hand corner of your Netflix screen, click on your icon and then on account settings. You will find the payment settings there and you can enter a new card number for payment.

You must register your e-mail (must be a valid, existing one) and create a password for your netflix account. Then you must register a valid credit card number. Usually you get a free month for trying the service. They add the trial finish date, if you cancel the service before the designated time, there will be no charges. Although, in my opinion, the service is really good and cheap, with a wide array of choices. And don't worry, it is also completly safe.

Sounds like you've used your free trial previously with the same email address, credit card or street address. Netflix is pretty good about checking for duplicate trials. Enter your credit card, or sign up using a different email/street address.

The way you have to fix it is to go on the Internet on Netflix and it should say change you billing info because I couldn't figure it out and I called them and they told me a number or something on my credit card that I entered didn't match and it takes a while for this to happen because they send the visa or MasterCard numbers to them to see if they are valid cards and when they don't match they make your Netflix account no longer active but everything will still come up on Xbox it just won't load more then 7% and it won't play the movies until you change the numbers and make them correct

1. Create a new document and set the size to 400 x 300 ("Frame" > "Frame Size")

Hit F9 to preview. The form will not work until you export Flash file and HTML page. Choose "File" > "Export HTML Page" to create HTML page and test the form in a browser. This form is using very basic validation. Use "%0A" as line separator.
