No. Best thing for your laptop actually to keep it dirt free. Although the best way is to put a pin or pencil or something to block the blades from spinning when you blow it out. It's not good to over-spin the blades too much, that could foreseeably break it, but I've never seen it happen.

My computer will keep cutting off it mainly do it when im on netflix i thinking it got somethin to do with my shockwave

Overheating When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

This morning my sony vaio nw20 serirs started making a kind of screeching noise from the fan area, it has not been dropped or damaged in anyway and stated with no warning

Laptop fans and heat-sinks collect dust in no time.
You need to maintain this clean, otherwise your laptop will over-heat.

Try to run compressed air in the fan and other laptop vents to clean any dust.

If the fan still does the noise, this mean that it will fail in the near future.
If the fan stop turning completely you have to turn off your laptop and leave it off until you replace the fan.
Don't use your laptop with no fan, if you do the processor will be permanently damaged.

My sony laptop suddenly shut down itself when am playing a game. it shuts with a certain sound

Laptops are very often overheating, so it wouldn't be a surprise if you playing the game makes it even hotter and it just shuts down to protect itself from damage.
You can try using a cooling pad/fan or just make sure the laptop fans can circulate air freely.

The blower of my toshiba laptop is noisy?

Either the fan needs to be cleaned from accumulated dust, or it is damaged & needs to be replaced.
First, blow some compressed air into the fan vent. If a cloud of dust comes out, then you will need to disassemble the laptop & clean the fan & the air ways, then re-assemble it back. If this did not solve the problem, you will need to replace the fan.

Fan very loud all the time

probably easiest if you take the back cover off your laptop, and remove the fan completely. then remove your fan. clean all the dust from this, and also clean any air vents. obove the fan should be a metal grid thing. clean all the dust from this! this is the heatsink. usually you should use a can of compressed air. but i use a vaccum cleaner - USE VACUM CLEANER AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT CAN CAUSE STATIC ELECTRICITY DAMAGE.

Compaq Presario 2500 Laptop fans not turning on since....

First check in the BIOS to see what you can set for thermal limits.

When you blew out the dust I do hop you did not poke the nozzle into the laptop as this could cause damage not only to the laptop but to the fans a well. I also hope you did not do this with the laptop switched on as that too could cause damage.

Many compaq also ship with a small utility program that also allows you to set temperature limits. make sure it is set back to defaults and that you only make adjustments from here if you live in an extremely warm climate

You should also consider the use of a laptop cooling stand with at lease two fans preferably more. A good laptop cooler can be a lifesaver for a laptop.
