Sounds like the sealing washers are in need of replacement.
Look under the sink and find the shut off valves to the faucet.
Shut off water, remove handles from faucet, then use a wrench to remove the insert that holds the sealing washers. Replace the washers with new ones that you will have to purchase and reassemble...that should solve your leaking faucets...
