    Oh dear ! If you google the make and model, followed by the word manual, you may be able to find an English version (I presume that would be more help !). If you can't find one, get Google Translate to translate from any you do find in another language.

Unfortunately this is a Japanese spec walkman and there is no option to change the language!

you could try to flash (replace) the firmware from an English spec walkman but if not done properly that could damage it and make it unusable!

I would just live with it and possibly learn Japanese ??
