First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

This camera uses standard AA batteries, however, this particular model is known to be a battery killer. There is no solution to the problem, it is a design flaw.

My c353 konoca Minolta is showing p7, p8, p21 and it print test page with black and cyan only.

Replace the black drum and developer unit along with the magenta (P-7) and yellow (P-8) image units and Transfer belt (P-21)

Error code c-3425

c-3425 in this case should refer to a blocked sensor behind the tray. I would suggest removing the paper and restarting the printer before re-inserting the paper. This should solve the issue.

You will need to get a Konica Minolta Tech out to do this it requires access to Konica Minolta secure web site. they protect their Firmware.!!!! Need to get a tech out to do this. Might have a bad main board and or print controller board, also ask to have the firm ware up grade to latest.

If the code comes back after conducting this procedure, do not reset again as the machine can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day call a tech

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.
