Ischemic Heart Disease, also known as Coronary Artery Disease, is a condition that affects the supply of blood to the heart. The blood vessels are narrowed or blocked due to the deposition of cholesterol on their walls. The major risk factors are smoking, diabetes mellitus and cholesterol levels.

Disease of the heart can be many. The usual ones are coronary artery disease, arrhythmia's, valve issues, or heart failure. So minimally you should have diagrams showing the blood flow to the heart, and the electrical activity pathways. With these diagrams you can explain how a disruption at any point can cause certain problems. For example, an occlusion to the left circumflex artery would not produce the same harm to the heart muscle that an occlusion to the right coronary artery will. They will cause different problems with the heart. You can go over heart rhythms, A-fib, V-tach, normal sinus rhythm, Heart blocks etc. They all effect how efficient the heart pumps blood, if at all.
