I need a user manual for EUG 1920 X 1080 MINI LED PROJECTOR. I'm looking to find a replacement power cord. Thank you.

To reset the lamp hours, turn on the projector. Then press Menu and use the Up/Down arrows to highlight Options. Press Enter then highlight Lamp Runtime. Press and hold Enter for 3+ seconds until the Lamp Runtime screen is displays. Press the Power button (any other button cancels the reset). When the Power button LED turns red, unplug the power cord to the projector. You can either use the remote or the controls on the projector. Reconnect the power cord after a few minutes.

Check the surge protector's circuit breaker.

READY light is green when the projector is ready to be switched on
LAMP is dim when the projector is ON, but goes bright when it reverts to STANDBY.

Check that the lamp cover is fully down and the cover switch is activated

check the lamp cover and filter covers are secured properly

i have the exact same error with same projector. did you manage to solve this?

my status led blinked red 6 times indicating a "lamp error" which wasn't helpful. i also tried removing and replacing lamp but didn't work.

It sounds lamp is dead in this projector and need to be replaced.
Lamp replacement procedure would be written in user manual so check lamp accordingly.

the power supply needs to be replaced. the caps are dried out and powering the projector causes too much of a drain, so it shuts down. you can buy the part from an infocus service center and do it yourself, or send it in to them for repair. either way, try www.avsolutionsny.com. they're really good.

You're going to need a conversion dongle that goes from the Mini-DVI to VGA.

Then:

1. Connect one end of the projector signal cable to the Video Graphics Array (VGA) connector on the projector.
2. Connect the other end of the projector signal cable to the Digital Video Interface (DVI) connector or VGA connector on the notebook computer and tighten the screws.
3. Connect the projector power cord to the power cord connector on the projector.
4. Connect the other end of the power cord to an electrical outlet that is easily accessible and close to the projector.
5. Turn on the projector first, then turn on the computer.

Hi

If you accidentally lock the projector, you need to disconnect the AC power cord. Then HOLD the SELECT button at the same time as reconnecting the AC power cord again.

This should reset the lock out.
