Go to profiles, select a profile you wish to use, click on personalise. For the vibrate option, you can select 'vibrate, then ring', if you want it to vibrate before it rings. Select 'rythm', if you want it to be vibrating as it rings . If you need a profile where it only vibrates without sound, most prefarably in the silent mode, select that profile, choose the personalise option. It the ringer option, select none. HI, HAVE YOU TRIED TO CHECK THE PROFILE YOU ARE ON? IT IS HIGHLY POSSIBLE YOU ARE PRESENTLY ON A PROFILE THAT DOES NOT ALLOW RINGING OR VIBRATING.
PLEASE TRY CHECK THROUGH ALL YOUR PROFILES AND SEE THE SETTING OF EACH ONE.. BECAUSE NOKIA FOR EXAMPLE WHEN YOU ACTIVATE "MEETING" AS YOUR PROFILE, IT WILL NOT RING NOR VIBRATE BUT IT WILL ONLY BE BLINKING.
Hello, can you try to change the Profile, it might be on "Silent", so go to "settings" then "profile" and change it to "general"... if you can not get to that press the Please the # key for 5 seconds
let me sole it by steps do it step wise press 1. menu 2. profiles 3. general 4. personalize then move down to incoming call alert than select off and move vibration select on
u edit ur profile and disable vibration first it wil automatically change ....
eg: u selecting meeting profile means u can edit that profile and turn off the vibration
Hi ahve you tried looking under the settings the profile settings then their should be an option for handsfree device try selecting this profile and see if that makes a differance.
If not the check the contacts on bottom of phone that connects to the craddle check their clean and not coroded also check the cradle connections make sure their is nothing like a bit of paper or bent pin anything that could cause their to be loss of conection
