Maybe your cp has a corrupted firmware due to the unfinished download of updates. Bring your unit to the technician or service center for reformatting or reflushing the new firmware.hope it helps.

Is your phone a gsm phone. If you can get into recovery do a factory reset and wipe Delvik Cache. You can try this link

try going google and typing in-- user manual for alcatal phone model no ( you provide it )-- and download the pdf version of the manual
it will be in there that you get to find out how to change the language

Stuck on android screen

Boot in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up and Power Button at the same time. Release all buttons when the Recovery screen will appear. Then choose "wipe cache partition". After a while, wait until your phone is finished doing the Master Reset.

How do i get my apps to finish downloading i have a good wifi connection

It's not uncommon for downloads to appear to get stuck or not finish yet with a hard reboot many will often show up. The problem is with many downloads they seem to have a hard time closing either the download program or closing and rebooting the hardware.

Need new globes on lights

Go to lowes or home depot as both places carry replacement globes in stock. They can also special order for you. Bring in one of the old globes to be sure you get a perfect fit.
