SOURCE: staple gun

Open the chamber and drop the staples upright in to the chamber do not try to load the staples by placing them on the strip that pulls out as you do with most staple guns.

SOURCE: How do I load the staples in this staple gun?

Push in and down the silver color piece at the end of the gun. Pull piece and spring out. Load staples, end down. Reassemble.

SOURCE: How do I load staples

At the end of the stapler opposite where the staplers are driven out is a release.

Push it in and turn it and it should come out with a long spring

Load your staples, put the spring back and lock it.

SOURCE: stanley sharp shooter tr110 staple

Are you loading it correctly? It took me awhile to figure it out myself. When you pull the clip out I was convinced you have to load them in there above where that black spring is on the slide lock that you pull out (as they seem to fit there) but no, you do have to turn it upside down to where the place where the staples shoot out is facing you and then load the staples into that space that you now see in front of you by placing the staples in upside down (pointy ends facing you). Then just slide the slide lock back over the staples you just placed in. I had to push down and then up on the clip to lock mine in all the way but some might lock in on their own (not sure). It should work fine from there.

Nail gun, stappler wont fire

Hi,

Please attempt to push out some test staples at different angles with your mastercraft. That is, I'd like you to rotate 90 degrees 4 times and attempt to push a staple each time. If it works only at certain angles, then we know that something has come apart within the mastercraft. And you've already applied oil on the mastercraft which is good. If possible, please swap out the staples and attempt to sho ot with the new set. Otherwise, I think Home Depot or Lowe's should be the next stop so they can examine the device and determine how to troubleshoot.

Thank you.

Still an issue with shooting staples. the gun just clicks

Have you been oiling it regularly? Compressed air is very moist so a few drops oil oil in the unit is needed every once in a while to lubricate it properly, try and see what happens.

I am using this product for a hardwood floor. I cannot seem to get the staples driven in far enough. I'm using 2" 15 gauge staples and have oiled and set the regulator correctly

the wood may be to hard for the gun to drive the stapel right in or you may just have a worn out gun,,turn the regulater up some more to increase the guns power a little more it should hit the stapels a bit harder then,,,some wood is harder than others,,dont just go by what the book sayes! if it works,,,use your setting not what the book sayes, only back it off a bit if it berrys the stapel a foot beep in the wood!!!

TRE 500 Staples don't go in deep enough.

Dial controls depth. Set it to "+." Watch out setting isn't accidently changed during use. Tre500 isn't powerful enough for hardwoods, etc.
