Make sure the filters in the back are clean and make sure the fuel line
from the tank to the nozzle are tight. You might also check to make
sure nozzle is clean. Make sure fan is operational. If it has spark ignition make sure that is cleaned up as well
sounds like an ignition problem. The fan is supposed to start first to get the airflow going, then the igniter should heat up (glow igniters) or start sparking (spark plug igniters), then the fuel starts pumping. If the igniter is not working the fuel won't start. Things to check....
igniter - see if it is intact, fuse (usually in the circuit board), If those are ok, then check fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter. Hope this helps.
1. Check the ignition transformer. It may be grounded, or it could be defective, and need to be replaced. 2. You have already replace the igniter and the photoeye. 3. Once the ignition transformer works, everything will be alright. May this tip help you.
if it starts and shuts off the flame sensor is dirty. Take cover off and clean flame sensor with scotch brite. If it dosen't light at all you have an igniton problem
You must start troubleshooting by setting the air pump pressure. Low pump pressure or air leak can cause the problem that you are experiencing. If you check the pressure and it's up to specs, then the nozzle may need replacing. Troubleshooting tips for ignitor type heaters http://www.reddyparts.com/HSI_tips.htm
1st check to see if you have spark, 2nd check the pump pressure using the correct pressure gauge, the pressure should be 5.1 psi for model 115. if little or no pressure you may have a air line leak or a defective rotor. if you do have pressure you may have a plugged nozzle. i hope this helps.
