I've had my mp4 player 2GB SA 6025/97 player for about 1 1/2 Yyear now. Its vey precious to me ... Gifted to me by someone special. Never had a problem with it until now.
1. I cannot turn on the player (the hold button is not on). 2. The mp3 player will normally light up when connected to the computer. This does not happen, and the computer does not recognise the player.Computer is not detecting the player 3. Tried to reset the player, nothing happened.
If anyone could help me with this, it would be much appreciated. I miss my trusty little mp3 player.
Please try to reset the player while it is connected to the computer and see whether it helps. This could be done by inserting a paper clip into the reset hole and press and hold for about 20 seconds.

Do you use windows media player 10 or 11 to sync music into the mp3 player? and have you updated firmware? Go to sansa.com and download a firmware updater and then try formatting the mp3 player, use WM and click on the arrow below sync and go to format.
