First, confirm that the display is working. If the display is still working, try pressing some of the touch-pad buttons. If some of the buttons respond correctly but others don't, it is likely that the touch-pad is at fault. (Some manufacturers sell the touch-pad separately from the control panel. Other manufacturers require that you purchase the touch-pad and control panel together. If you cannot replace the touch-pad individually, replace the touch-pad and control panel.) 1) Turn off the breaker to the machine.
2) Wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
3) All the lights will be flashing. At this point turn the dial to "rinse only" and then press "Heat dry" and "Start/Cancel" at the same time.
4) The Machine will go into maintenance mode going through all the cycles quickly.
5) After this is finished the problem should be solved.
SOURCE: CONTROL LIGHTS BLINK BUT WONT OPERATE
Anytime the lights blink simultaneously on this model, it is because of a major control fault that has occurred.
unplug the unit or shut the breaker off for 3 minutes. if the lights continue to blink after the 3 minute reset, replace the control/timer module asap.

Hmmm...don't know why this worked, but it did. When the lights were flashing when I tried to start my Frigidaire dishwasher model#FDB1500LF, nothing would happen...just blinking lights, so I went to the house electrical panel, found the switch for the dishwasher, turned off & on again, and now the dishwasher works.
Go figure.

Here is what happened, you pulled the door open without pressing cancel and allowing it to pump the water out, hence the "flooding in the bottom". This is just one reason why it maybe blinking, there is a water sensor in the bottom. If your dishwasher is hooked up properly to any decent garbage disposal, run the disposal for about 30 seconds to a minute. This should pump the water out, more like activate a light siphoning affect. It should work as normal. If you are not having luck with that, detach the DW drain get it low and let it siphon.
I appreciate your post, friend!
I understand that the clean, wash, and dry buttons on your Frigidaire dishwasher are blinking along with the four LED light. This appears to be a delay start cycle. I would recommend pressing the cancel button. If that does not clear the lights you can perform a reset and to do that you would need to disconnect power from the dishwasher for roughly ten minutes. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
Hello - Try resetting the dishwasher by disconnecting the power to the unit. This will clear most flashing lights. You can disconnect power by flipping the circuit house breaker off and back on for approximately two minutes. If this does not prove to be successful, contact a professional to move forward accurately. Dishwasher could possibly have a faulty control board or wiring failure.
