The top of the machine is not threaded correctly. First raise the presserfot then rethread the machine. Bottom looping is usually caused by a lack of top tension. There could allso be a bur on the hook.

What do you mean you are unable to pull the bobbin thread through, elaboration would help solve the problem...
I suspect I'm having the same problem with you if it's anything to do with the top thread looping around in the bobbin holder.

Damn machine!

SOURCE: stitching loose. won't thread the fabric

try to rethread the machine all the way back to the spool of thread and check the top and bottom tensions on scrap of same fabric

your machine is out of time.if you are handy you can reset the timing between the upper and lower shafts if not take it to the a local shop.

your machine threads from front to back. make sure the flat side of the needle is facing towards the back of the machine...

Consew 230 sewing machine...will not pick up bobber thread

needle should be 16x257 Industrial machine needle with no flat side.
It does have a long groove on one side and a scallop just above the eye of the needle on the other side. On this machine the needle is inserted so that the long groove goes to the left and it threads left to right.
The thread breakage may be caused by a rough place on the hook. You need to turn the machine on it's back and look and feel all the way around the hook assembly. If you find a rough spot it can be removed with an emery stick. If it's not a rough spot, then the machine is probably out of time.

Using same needle, same thread, same material, made top hem started bottom thread looks great on side thats up, when I turn over there is a huge thread nest have rethreaded several times, taken bobber out...

is it a material that is hard to thread through the machine? if so try putting tissue behind and resew.
