Your going to have to remove the cover and get the number off the board as they used several different boards in the same model

Gamble? a lot of symptoms thought to be power board are not there at all.

Correct method for someone with knowledge is check all voltage into and out of the power board ---other wise you might just as well get a dartboard out and throw things or parts at it and hope........

SOURCE: May LED TV was showing white display when I change the Main Board fault removed , in faulty main board where the fault can exist

The tcon boar or the LCD panel is faulty. Can confirm by replacing the TCON board If its not Integrated to The LCD panel.

I have an 39' Element TV elefw392. There's sound but no picture on TV. There's only a power board, but no inverter board. What is the fix?
The LED driver is probably on the Main board. There is the T-Con board too. To determine which parts you need, do this. With the TV on and listening to a program, shine a flashlight on the screen and look for a faint picture. If you see one, the LED driver is bad. If you don't see a picture, the T-Con board is bad.
