the 7.5 amp fuse is for the controller power. The power chair inline fuse is either a 40~50 amp circuit breaker, a fuse link or a fuse. If any of these fuses are bad, then you will not have power. Remember that if the fuse is blown there is a problem, you need to get it checked out by a tech. A blown fuse usually alerts you of a bigger problem.

Either replace it with a bigger fuse or find where the short is in the wiring.

if the leak is by 1 of the wheels it could be the seal at the drive out put ,if you can't find a seal it could be gotten from a bearing supplier ,it would need to be matched

A flashing lite is an indicator of a fault condition. Is it steady or flashing?

There are 2 fuses on a Jet 3. The first is a 50amp fuse located right behind the foot step casing. to get to this. take the pin on the bottom of the foot step, this will expose the batteries and the 50amp fuse. The 2nd fuse is an inline fuse for the Meter on the side. that you will have to take the outer casing off around the chair. Its a 25amp inline fuse.
