SOURCE: Thin black line on Xerox 4011 laser printer

Does the same thing occur with a different document.. Because it is not repetative, it leads me to believe the line is being drawn at the direction of the software. Try printing a test page, and see if the line appears. If not the issue is from within the word processsing software. It almost sounds like a legal template for a pleading..

SOURCE: I have Xerox workcentre pro

That is a software related error, You most likely need to reload the firmware, or replace the hard drive.
You can try disconnecting all the document feed and scanner cables then reseating them. Other than that, your looking at a software issue.

SOURCE: Xerox WorkCentre 4150, 3 vertical white lines in all feeder scans

the problem is in the scanner, open it up and see if you can find any smudges, and clean any obstruction, any ink, liquid eraser residuals, can cause this part to appear as lines on your copied faxed image.
dont concentrate on the printer this is a scanner problem

A problem with Xerox WorkCentre 7845

The error code 303.777.00 on the Xerox WorkCentre 7845 suggests a problem with the power supply. Since the machine is restarting on its own every 20 minutes, it is likely that the power supply is failing. You should contact Xerox customer support for assistance, and a trained technician should diagnose and repair the power supply to fix the problem.

How do fix a Xerox WorkCentre 7845 fault code 12-577-00?

I expect you've sorted this problem by now.
Does your machine have a separate stacker unit connected to the output. If I remember from days past. The clam shell solenoid was at fault. It could be fixed but you'll need a lot of experience to sort it out.
Sorry for my brief reply.
Good luck.
