Kymco Movie 150. It just turns off when I come to a stop, as if I hit the kill switch?

Unlikely to be electrics. More likely fuel delivery. See if the fuel pipe run close to something very hot like the exhaust or the engine cylinder or cylinder head. I have seen airlocks that stop fuel after 10 minutes.

It appears to be a known issue. There are some other ideas.

Remove rear wheel

You need an air ratchet gun to remove the wheel's bolt but alternatively you can use your rear brake to hold the wheel still and use a plain ratchet. After you have loosen the wheel's bolt, remove the exhaust and the rear brake caliper and the wheel is out.
