I have Ricoh mpc2050 copier and there is an error coming SC491. Cant get copies.. If anyone have solution please reply

There are basically two types of error codes:

1. Errors that a developer can cause to happen. Examples include "Out of paper", "Not Reserved", etc. These types of errors are useful to developers and can be used to correct normal error conditions.
2. Errors that are internal to the product. These errors should occur only if there is some catastrophic failure within ImageControls that is unexpected (see causes below). These types of errors are generally NOT caused by a developer. These types of errors are labeled as "Internal Error" in the trouble shooting tips below. However tech support and engineering can utilize these errors to find and correct problems.

1. product is not properly installed.
2. peripheral not properly installed / connected.
3. hardware problems in accelerator or peripheral.
4. invalid image file data or file corrupted
5. bug in ImageControls/Bedrock/Driver, etc.

error code 52 on ricoh ft3213, that's mean heating element burn out , such as heater lamp, thermister , thermo fuse.

Waste toner bottle is to the left of tray one. all you will need to do is remove the tray one complertrely and open the left cover nexdt to the tray. the waste toner bottle is in there and you will have to pull it it gently.
