SOURCE: i can only get hot water when i turn the heating

It sounds like you have a bad aquastat, if you have steam heat, and you have closed off the radiators, it will not cause a problem, it will just shut off when you build a couple psi of pressure. I would not recommend the same on a hot water boiler, because it could cause problems if you start making steam. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Code 11 01 - Hot Water Heater Kicks Off

if you have build up in the heat exchanger it will cause the unit to use more gas to heat your water, if the gas line isn't sized properly then your going to kick the error codes off. it sounds like you have two problems, first you have build up in your heat exchanger and it needs to be flushed and second you need to get a bigger gas line to it

Not getting any hot water what do i do?

I suggest getting in touch with your boiler company. They'll come out and check your thermostat, check your pipe's aren't freezing and that your boiler is igniting at least. P.s. I had this problem recently down to user error, been cold recently so had the heating on often then wondered why my water was chilly :S

I have a sime ecomfort boiler.. And no hot water.nit is showing code AL01. We have tried to reset a number of times and error code is still showing. Can anyone suggest any fixes?

The Sime documentation says for AL01 you need to "Request assistance from qualified technical personnel." Not really helpful.

Sime super 90 stopped firing up

Sometimes removing a radiator dislodges build up inside plumbing. Perhaps it would help ,and perhaps not, to see if the radiators have unrestricted flow. Radiators with shut off vavles can have a valve that doesn't fully open or close if not used often enough, Like the valve on a water line. Have your other half flush them out see if that helps. Good Luck
