SOURCE: Steam not frothing milk

Hi,

Have you decalcify the machine, the boiler does not heat up if there is calcium in it.

SOURCE: frother doesn't froth

Does not seem normal! You should get plenty of steam for the frothing. Since the unit is new you should take it back and get a replacement. The unit needs to increase the temperature for steam, route the steam away from the espresso group to the steam unit and the pump needs to activate to create the high pressure. Any failure in this areas will create your condition. It also possible that your steamer is blocked but this is a new machine so this is unlikely but you should make sure that it is not blocked.

SOURCE: Nepresso aeroccino doesn't spin fast enough to froth the milk

The company will tell you to turn upside down for 24 hours to reset. I did this but it did not work. Try turning upside for aeroccino upside down for 24 hr. You do not need to do this to the base. They told me if this does not work, I need to buy a new one. I hope you have better luck. I am on my third one. you may be covered under warranty- call Nepresso soon..they cover them for about 1 year. Good luck

SOURCE: CAPPACHINO SETTING NOT FROTHING MILK PROPERLY

Make sure the milk lid is thoroughly clean and that hot running water flows through the openings freely. Make sure you're using 2% milk. Make sure it's cold 2% milk. If you're already done those things, it's probably a bad "coupler unit." That means sending your machine to a service center. In that event, I hope that your machine is still under warranty. This is what happened to my ESAM3500. The good news is that I got my machine back, with a new "coupler unit," in just one week, and now I am back to "like new" cappuccinos

THE FORTHED MILK NOT HOT

Try steaming less actual milk and allowing the froth and expansion to make up the volume you need for the size of the cup. This allows you to steam the milk longer achieving a hotter froth.

Cafe barista not frothing

the frother gradually gets milk buildup and loses suction- an air blast through the milk tube and up the spout (can get an aerosol at hardware store) will help as well as the cleaning cycle. Also I used a q tip to the top of the spout several times but just had the q tip top come off and may have blocked it completely

Cappucinatore won't pull milk through the tube

Hi
There should be a small pin on the top of the Cappuccinator. When it starts, twist the pin slowly until the milk flows up the tube. Then leave it where it is and it will work all the time.
