ReliOn Model # 144-232-001 wrist blood pressure cuff shows EE instead of blood pressure. Cuff placement & arm position look right, and I replaced batteries. What does it mean and how to fix?

The most common error symbol that appears on the display panel is a EE with a down arrow and two numerals. The reason for the EE Error Indicator is generally caused because the cuff has been wrapped too loose. The cuff was under-inflated during the measurement.

Error code EE or E

Check your user manual, there should be a section on error codes. Most often E or EE errors are leaking cuff or improper use.

My monitor shows 'EE". what

According to your User Guide, 'EE' stands for Cuff has been placed incorrectly. Wrap the cuff properly so that it is positioned correctly. Also, did you move during measurement? Measure again and hold arm and wrist still.

If you continue to have a problem wit the unit, contact HoMedics (the manufacturer) Customer Service Dept @ 800-466-3342. 8:30am - 5pm ET, Monday - Friday.

Lately when trying to get blood pressure "EE"

The EE symbol can mean one of three things: Excessive low blood pressure, improperly placed cuff or movement of the arm during the measurement.

Hope this helps solve the problem. If it continues, contact HoMedics Customer Service @ 800-466-3342

It keep giving me a ee reading every time i try to use it

Hi. One of the most common error symbol that appears on this display panel is a EE with a down arrow and two numerals. The reason for the EE Error Indicator is usually caused because the cuff has been wrapped too loose. The cuff was under-inflated during the measurement. This error will also display if the cuff is worn and needs to be replaced. The EE symbol with a down arrow indicates the cuff is over-inflated. In most instances the cuff has been wrapped too tight or you are using the incorrect cuff size. Turn the monitor off. Read the instructions to correctly apply the cuff. Wait five to ten minutes then take another measurement. This should correct the issue.

Hello; My Omron HEM 712C shows message: EE Can

'EE' means cuff is underinflating. Re wrap cuff with varying amounts of pressure and restart [wait 2 minutes between readings].

Only blood pressure result I get is 'EE'

That either means you are moving, or you are inflating the cuff to soon after turning it on. Either of these is what mine means when I use it.
