ITunes wont download on to my pc - Computers & Internet

This means the device was reset to factory settings. You need to connect the device to iTunes. Go to a Mac or PC with iTunes, start iTunes and connect iPhone to the Mac/PC and follow on-screen directions. You will need to reestablish your iTunes account to the iPhone for apps and music (assuming you use iPhone for apps and music). If you have only download apps/music to iPhone and never performed a sync/backup to iTunes (really bad idea, BTW), I would suggest making an appointment at apple.com with the Genius bar at a local Apple store.

try using itunes through the start menu, if this works the shortcut is the fault. delete shortcut and make a new one.
if this still hasnt worked delete the exe. file for itunes and download itunes again

What do you mean you can't download iTunes? Did you purchase an iPod Touch? If yes, it comes pre installed with iTunes on the homescreen. Also, you have to go to iTunes.com and download the program on your pc so you can sync your iPod and download music, movies and applications for your new iPod

You are supposed to transfer songs usin itunes....simple drag and drop doesnt work.... You can download itunes from www.apple.com\itunes
If you are already using itunes,perform a restore on the ipod using itunes...you will find restore option under the summary tab in itunes.

are you and brother using the same windows account (when you turn on pc)? try separate windows account (you & brother)..now once again uninstall itunes and download it one more.time..on your account and place in share folder.........now both can use itunes plus have rock, pop,hip hop or whatever u like....

you have to use itunes for any kind of uploadings or downloadings with iphone
u can get that on http://www.apple.com/itunes/ the download is on the right hand side of the screen
