Please can you give more details about the make and model of the camera you are using ? Also, I do not understand the reference to a wrench - do you mean the hot-shoe attachment on the flash gun itself ?

SOURCE: Remote contoller mode light flashing controller not working?

Hold down the connect button on the receiver and the mode button on the controller at the same time for approximately 10 seconds. This is a 2.4 GHz wireless transmitter and receiver (connection is somewhat like your WIFI router and laptop computer) and they need to reconnect sometimes.

SOURCE: WHY IS MY CONTOLLER FLASHING ? My power chair

Here is a link with descriptions of the flashing controller lights for most power wheel chair controllers. This will allow you a fast diagnosis to save time and money on your repair; it may be as simple as a brake reset instead of a costly motor replacement! The first page you will see is especially for Hoverounds, but you might be able to find other brands if you know the manufacturer of the controller.

Why won't TV won't stay powered on?

probably not worth it. How many times does the LED flash? That will indicate your failure cause. Problem is this is an old tv and parts are not available or cost effective. Unless its bad capacitors or bad solder you could be looking at rediculous amounts to fix it. Mitsubishi WS 65413 Manuals Support and Troubleshooting TVs

here is a link to the manual. please provide the amount of LED blinks. itll blink a few times and pause.

What does a flashing yellow light mean on the joystick? the light looks like the shape of a wrench.

Hi Judy,

According to Pride's troubleshooting documents the service indicator (wrench icon) will flash when a fault is detected by the dynamic controller.

The number of flashes, followed by a 2 second pause, indicates the issue. You will need to count the flashes to determine the cause and a possible solution.

I have typed the flash codes below, but you can also see them on a larger table here: http://www.fixya.com/support/p3641679-pride_jazzy_614_hd_jazzy_614hd/usermanual-6B42026-pdf

It is not detected by any computer

Check you have usb 2.0 drivers installed on the computer, go my computer and right click on it, then go to device manager and for universal serial bus drivers click on the '+' sign and see if have 'Usb2 Enhanced Host Contoller' if you dont you can download the driers here: www.softwarepatch.com/utilities/via-usb2.html.

If you are still getting the problem and usb2 drivers are installed the usb flash card must be corrupted.

Flash

IS the flash in auto mode? You can manually turn off the flash in the menu, itll look like a lightning bolt with a slash through it. Flash will not operate in macro mode if available. no other firmware problems I can think of would stop firing the flash, might be hardware/defect.
