How old is the starter pack? The battery(ies) die after 3-5 years. FWIW I replaced an AGM-type battery in a starter pack and found out later it was almost as expensive as buying a new one from COSTCO or Uncle Sam's. Sounds like you're in Oz so COSTCO might not be available.

How do i charge rescue 950

http://www.quickcable.com/doclib/rescue950-3000manual.pdf

pg5 of the PDF above, pg 10 of the manual

Recharging
Recharge every 30 days and after each use. Failure to do so will result in possible damage to the internal battery and result in poor performance or failure to work at all.
1. Plug the AC Charging Cord supplied into the 120 Volt-in connection on the back of the Jump Pack.
2. Plug the other end of the cord into a 110/120-volt AC outlet.
3. The Red charging LED light will glow and will remain ON during the charging process When the internal battery is completely full the Green FULL CHARGE LED light on the control panel will turn on automatically. This can take up to 72 hours depending on the condition of your internal battery. You can unplug your AC Charging Cord at this time OR leave it plugged in indefinitely as the CUL™ listed internal charger is float charge equipped to maintain the internal battery

What size power lead amp - vdc do I need for a sca 900 amp jumpstarter?

wires and cable clamps are size rated in ( awg wire) size , for example a 1/0 cable can safely handle 170 amps on 12 volts dc (car battery) , as this also happens to be the size of most all auto battery clamps and cables for most cars , I invite you to google a awg wire table for its power carrying ratings to see what size cable you need for your power pack(note look for one that's rated in 50 volts or less that's also called low voltage or class 1 )

How do i convert a makita charger model DC18RC at 110 volt to 240 volts?

The DC18RC are most likely to charged the BL1830 battery, which is the most popular of 18V Makita power tools. It is a Li-ion battery.

And the DC18RC battery charger has two volt 110 Volt and 240 Volt.

The 240 Volt DC18RC charger can replace model DC18RA & DC18SD because of its improved performance and full compatibility with Makita's NEW 'Star' labelled batteries that communicate between the tool, battery & charger. And, it is a fast charger.

It can charge a Makita BL1830 Battery in approx 22 minutes.

But, I do not recommend to convert a makita charger model DC18RC at 110 volt to 240 volts.

The reason is as below:

1. This will void product warranty ! If you follow this mod, you do it on your own risk !

2. There are several comments that described
same model # but with different design and components.
Please beware that this mod might not work on your charger
or worst, will damage it.
Only perform this mod if you know your way around with electronics !

My 2005 accent will not start on its own, I need to plug a battery booster to the battery to make it start and even then it will only start if i give gas, if i do not have the battery pack on, the car just...

yes it is easy to change. but first check and make sure alternator belt is ok, and it is charging properly. with car started there should be at least 14.2-14.7 volts at battery, with accessorys off. if it is less then 14 volts at battery. then the alternator is bad. good-day !
