Hello!

According to the manual (included in the link), there is no way to change the password on the Precore 9.35 Treadmill from its default setting.

If you would like to disable the password, follow these steps:
1. At the Precor banner screen, press STOP, SPEED?, SPEED?, ENTER, PROGRAMS very quickly
2. At the SELECT UNITS screen, press ENTER
3. Using the arrow keys, select DISABLED at the PASSWORD prompt
4. Press ENTER to accept these settings

SOURCE: Where can I find a Precor 9.21 treadmill motor cover?

Do you know which version of the Precor 9.21 you have? There are a few different versions you can view here. Click on your version to view the parts list and look for "Cover, Motor" or "Motor Cover".

For instance, if you have the 9.21 (AYYZ), the proper motor cover is this part #5019749

However, this part #5005569 is listed as the proper motor cover for the 9.21 (F5), 9.21i (2X), 9.21s (F6), 9.21si (2Y), and a couple others. Make sure you have matched up your exact model number with the motor cover you need so do you not order the wrong part.

SOURCE: SPEED ERROR ON PRECOR 927 TREADMILL

I had the speed error on my precor 9.23. When I opened it up I found that there are two little round magnets on the belt pulley with a sensor mounted nearby. This must be how the computer know the speed of the treadmill. I noticed that there were several little metal shavings stuck to the magnets. Not sure where they came from, hopefully not another problem. However, I removed the metal shavings from the magnets and everything worked fine again. If anyone else has the speed error it might be worth a look to see if its the same problem.
