SOURCE: Detergent dispenser drawer stuck

You may have to remove the washer top (three phillips screws at the back, then push top back about two inches and lift it off) then drill a hole in the top of the plastic dispenser to allow you to use an object like a screwdriver to maneuver the offending part around so it will drop down and allow you to open the dispenser drawer. Use foil tape to seal hole if you don't want to buy a new dispenser. Clean out blue plastic dispenser parts so detergent will siphon out completely. Pushing down on the center tab at the back of the dispenser should allow you to take the dispenser drawer the remainder of the way out. In the future, make sure you do not use over 1 tablespoon of HE soap (and 1 teaspoon of fabric softner) max per load. Even less if you have 2x or more detergent.

SOURCE: Bosch axxis washing machine detergent symbols

There are usually 3 compartments in the drawer, the smallest is for using fabric conditioner, the largest is where you put the powder or detergent in, the middle size one you do not put anything in, as it is where the cold water comes in for rinsing.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

SOURCE: tablet drawer, dispenser wont open at all

Hi, well you we need to check the ribbon cable in the door lining to make sure that none of the cables have been broken with the movement of the door. If they are fine then you should replace the dispenser unit if you are getting 240v to the dispenser solinoid.

SOURCE: Bosch maxx classic washing machine doesn't clean clothes

There are a lot of things to consider when trying to solve this problem. Obviously a front loader washes differently than a top loader. Top loaders tend to using a washing motion that is good for stains but wear out your clothes fast. Front loaders typically use less water and wash more gently, but in some ways still do better than top loaders. Anyway, think about any other variables that go into the laundry equation. Consider the distance the machine is from your water heater. This machine will use MUCH less water to fill than your old one, and, you know how when you turn a faucet on hot it takes a minute for the hot water to actually get there? It's the same way with your machine. If there's a sink next your washer, you should always turn on the hot water on the faucet until it gets hot right before you start the machine. The same goes for dishwashers. If there's not a sink close you can easily turn up the temperature for all hot water on your water heater, although that will use more energy.
Consider what detergent you're using. If you're using high efficiency detergent (like Tide he) maybe you should switch to your old brand. If you're using your old brand of detergent, try getting a high efficiency detergent.

I am renting a condo--where does the detergent go??

Hi, W/D here.
At the top left there is a drawer. Pull it out. The detergent, softener and bleach cups should all be labeled. If not, the detergent dispenser will be the largest one. Check and make sure that the divider at the back of the dispenser is in the right position. There should be one position for liquid detergent, and another for powder. The indicators are on the edge of the drawer.
Best regards, --W/D--

I have a dirty rubber inner Bosch Maxx 1200 Front Loading Washing

First clean around the rubber with some mould and mildew cleaner for bathrooms - available from most supermarkets.

This is a natural accumulation of waste detergent, fabric softener, fibres and dirt build up that is being attacked by bacteria and eventually decomposes into a sludge / goo and then eventually starts smelling bad as well.

To keep the machine clean of waste build up and to keep any bad odours away:

1. Remove all items from the washer.
2. Open the dispenser drawer and 2/3 cup (160 mL) of liquid chlorine bleach to the bleach compartment. DO NOT use more than 2/3 cup (160mL) of bleach per cycle as this will lead to product damage.
3. Close the washer door and dispenser drawer.
4. Select the Clean Washer cycle or a full wash cotton 104 F wash (40 C). DO NOT use any higher temperature as this will cause unnecessary fumes
5. Press Start and allow cycle to complete.
6. After the cycle is complete, leave the door open slightly to allow ventilation and drying of the washer interior.
7. Repeat the cleaning procedure monthly

Scum (greasy dots) left on clothes

Hi,
Try washing just an old dish towel on the hottest program, with 1 cup of soda crystals only.

Before starting this though, remove the detergent drawer, and clean it in hot soapy water. Spray a general surface cleaner into the drawer appature, and clean out as much as you can reach with a small cloth. Put drawer back and, put 2 tblespoons of soda crystals in the detergent section of the drawer too. Wash on hot.

These are mostly caused by a build up in the dispenser drawer.
