I have entered 5 times wrong password now it need blackberry password of which i do not know it

just enter wrong password 10 times and phone will be wiped and delete password . remember after 6 and 9 try it will ask to enter blackberry , then just type blackberry and enter again. NOTE : these will delete all your data from phone .

do the following:

Type in the incorrect password. The BlackBerry will tell you how many more tries you have to enter the wrong password before it resets (you usually have between three and ten tries total.) Continue entering the wrong password. just enter blackberry and after a certain times of getting the password wrong the phone will reset itself and you can enter a new password for your phone.

If you continue to enter the wrong password ten times the phone should hard reset itself back to factory. You may also be prompted to enter blackberry a few times in-between password entries.

If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
