you need to get the phones reflash with the original firmware.....you phone will be working fine after that....so take it to a repair center to get that done or go to topsony.com to do it yourself...but remember you have to pay for the firmware on that site.....but it works

go to display settings and verify your light is really ON. you might have turned it off accidentally.

the keyboard on the phone may need to be replaced, so take the phone to a mobile shop and have it fix there.

Try reading K850i Firmware Overview.. There are some issues with firmware. Such as random reboots and BROD (Blue Ring of Death) i was recently victimized by this BROD. 037 firmware is the most stable firmware so far.. i would advise you also to downgrade your firmware first until SE releases a new and more stable firmware..

A month ago, it happened to my w960i phone too. I got it reprogrammed at a local repair shop for only $10. The repair man says the problem is brought about by over charging of batteries or by downloading of certain apps which eat up a huge amount of the phone's 8GB internal memory. So he advised me to be careful so it won't happen again. I hope this helps. =)
