I have a Hunter-Douglas Applause honeycomb blind. It is a top-down bottom-up cordless blind. It will only lower half way, and when pushed up, hangs down slightly on the left end. It is 5 years old.

It sounds like the operational cord broke. I believe Hunter Douglas gives a 7 year warranty on its products. https://www.hunterdouglas.com/warranty

SOURCE: Hunter Douglas Powerrise blinds don't go up and down smoothly

First step is to.reset the shade , if it i an older one, hold the down button for five seconds. This should reset the shade and it should go all the way back up. Also replace the batteries if it seems slow using all the same brand.

Hunter Douglas Powerrise blinds don't go up and down smoothly

I have the Hunter Douglas PowerRise blinds and it is a nightmare every time the batteries die. I can't figure out a consistent way to get them to reset properly. I've called their support line. Hasn't helped much. Since they're in my guest room, I haven't cared for the past few years. But now I have guests coming, and it's a real bummer that I have to replace my blinds. Guess I'm not buying Hunter Douglas next time.

How do you remove the battery cover for the compartment under the phone? I've tried sliding, lifting, etc., but it doesn't budge.

On the back of the phone bottom half, push down where it meets the top half and at the same time push (slide) it down away from the top half. It's very tough but it will work.

Phone does not work - but clock and radio does

Push down on the bottom half of the back of the phone and at the same time slide it away from the top so it disengages the clips holding it to the upper half.
